GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (October 21, 2014) – RedWater Restaurant Group Chief Operating Officer Craig Smith is pleased to announce three women for the top management positions at Gravity, the newest RedWater Restaurant Group restaurant to opening to the public in mid-November. Gravity is the new 64-tap craft beer, handcrafted food restaurant at 3210 Deposit Drive next to Northpointe Bank at the East Beltline and I-196 interchange. Gravity will be among the largest “all craft beer on tap” restaurants in the area.
Kristin Kent, formerly of Reds on the River, was hired as the new General Manager at Gravity, while Laurel Deruda, former Executive Chef at Honeycreek Inn and the Women’s City Club, is its new Executive Chef. Angela Steil has been named House Certified Cicerone® and Beer Director for Gravity.
