Free Student Heart Screening | Health
With unexpected deaths of young people in the Grand Rapids area, it is so important to see to it that students are checked out, especially before engaging in sports. Metro health is sponsoring a FREE heart screen for students ages 14-18. This is a great opportunity to get checked out. Please take the time to get signed up. I found the sign-up site by googling Metro Health Free Heart Screen.
Student Heart Screen on May 17
Metro Health Sports Medicine in conjunction with Metro Heart and Vascular and the Metro Health Hospital Foundation will be offering a FREE heart screen for students ages 14-18. “Keeping the Beat” will take place on May 17 from 8 am – 12 noon at the Metro Health Cascade location, 4300 Cascade Rd SE.
